Empty bottle washing:
This part of the machine is used to wash empty bottles with water spray, it uses purified water to wash the bottle's inner surface at a particular angle. It makes the bottle before filling clean, in line with health standards, to prevent bacteria, sediment, and other harmful substances.
The rotary plate, washing head, clips...etc, these parts of the bottle washing station are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
After washing, used flushing water will be collected and discharged uniformly. Water filling:
This filling station is used to fill water into PET bottles, filling valves, a tank, pipes...etc, all water contacting parts are made of stainless steel 304, which can ensure the filling process is safe clean, and hygienic, without second pollution.
The filling valve structure design is reasonable, the filling quantity is accurate.

The capping machine is the final step and an important part of the water bottling machine, combined with the cap lifting system, the capping station will transfer caps on bottles, and then finish cap screwing work, which has an enormous influence on the defective rate of the product.
Made of stainless steel material to make this machine parts, the capping station can ensure stable running works and the electric detecting system can make sure no bottles and no capping, to reduce cap waste.
