| Glass Bottle Filling Machine |
This series of glass bottle beer filling machines are dedicated to the isobaric filling production line of glass bottled beer and carbonated beverages. The filling adopts one-time or two-time vacuuming technology, it has the functions of automatically closing the valve and flushing broken glass, and using hot water to stimulate foam before pressing the lid.
The beer-filling machine is designed for filling all kinds of beer and alcoholic beverages.
Empty bottle washing:
This part of the machine is used to wash empty bottles with water spray, it uses purified water to wash the bottle's inner surface at a particular angle. It makes the bottle before filling clean, in line with health standards, to prevent bacteria, sediment, and other harmful substances.
The rotary plate, washing head, clips...etc, these parts of the bottle washing station are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
After washing, used flushing water will be collected and discharged uniformly.
Liquid filling:
1. Beer filling has 2 times vacuum, and 2 times CO2 injection.
2. We can do bottles, no filling, to avoid waste.
3. Machine adopts stainless Steel 304/316 high-precision filling nozzle.
4. Level height can be adjusted, bought from Nanjing, the best valve in China
5. Efficient spray nozzle rinse thoroughly and save water for flushing
6. The latest drainage design will not accumulate water
Capping part:
1. Place and capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping
2. All 304/316 stainless steel construction
3. No bottle no capping
4. Automatic stop when lack of bottle
5. Capping effect is stable and reliable, Defective rate ≤0.2%.
